• On-site detention (OSD) construction and integration into the driveway required precise coordination to ensure functionality without compromising access or design aesthetics.
• Detailed ceiling and eaves design required careful planning to maintain architectural intent while accommodating structural and service requirements.
• Delivered a high-quality, modern duplex with strong indoor–outdoor connectivity, functional outdoor spaces, and refined detailing.
