Challenges & Achievements 

• Tiered living included the construction of retaining walls and living spaces posed challenges to maximise internal layouts and overall usable space.
• Sewer encasement in rear yard required careful design adjustments to maximise external entertainment spaces 
• Efficient planning ensured both dwellings benefited from generous backyard and entertaining areas while maintaining privacy.
• Design modifications allowed for seamless integration of contemporary finishes and detailing throughout the duplex.
• Delivered a modern, liveable home with strong indoor–outdoor connectivity, high-quality materials, and a visually appealing coastal-inspired aesthetic.
