Project Design Brief

• Major alteration and addition 
• Nestled in leafy harbour side suburb, on Sydney Lower North Shore overlooking Middle Harbour. 
• Captures great views of the Middle Harbour due to its elevated topography
• Open plan living as you walk in connects the kitchen. Living and dining with maximising full height glazing to capture middle harbour unobstructed views 
• bespoke architectural elements give the home a contemporary character.

Challenges & Achievements 

• Demolition of internal structure, whilst retaining external walls to allow for new proposed open plan living layout, laid out on expansive concrete floor plates 
• Topography of site made it difficult for material handling and sequencing, however with careful planning and staging we were able to complete the job to exceed customer satisfaction/expectation
• Required non-typical strategizing and planning to combat complexity of the the topography and the job to complete in a timely manner
