- Material selection creates minimalist geometry, subtle architectural lighting and neutral colour palette.
Challenges & AchievementsÂ
- Efficiently fitting two dwellings on a single block while maintaining privacy, functional layouts, and generous outdoor spaces.
- Dual frontage and driveway coordination ensured safe, practical access for both dwellings while integrating landscaping requirements.
- With the building positioned in close proximity to a main road, additional consideration was given to acoustic performance to maintain internal comfort privacy and amenity.
- Delivered a modern, liveable duplex with seamless indoor–outdoor flow, high-quality finishes, and streetscape-sensitive architectural design.
